Equis Product Return Policy

We offer a 30-day guarantee on every non-subscription product manufactured by Equis, and on products we offer from other companies. We want to be completely fair and honest with you. (Our return policy is very generous, and we want to keep it that way.) Likewise, if you choose to return a product to us, we only ask that you be fair and honest with us. Here are the return policy details we want you to be aware of: The 30-day return period begins on the actual shipping date, and this return policy pertains only to products distributed by and purchased from Equis International. If the product was purchased from someone other than Equis, please contact that company for their return policy.

* The 30-day return period for products not manufactured by Equis International also begins on the actual shipping date.
* You will be refunded the entire purchase price of the product(s) you ordered if product license has been removed (if the product has been installed on more than one machine, licenses must be removed from all machines), the product(s) is/are received by Equis within the 30-day return period, and if all materials are returned complete, undamaged and in a resellable condition. All manuals included in software programs must be returned to receive a refund. We highly recommend you insure your package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
* Each customer is allowed one money-back guarantee per product.
* This 30-day guarantee does not apply to our subscription-based products.

If you do choose to return a product to us, please follow these simple (but important!) steps:

  1. Call Equis at 1-800-882-3040. Please make sure and allow adequate shipping time so that the product arrives at Equis before the guarantee period expires.
  2. De-activate software on your PC and generate a Proof of Removal ID (if applicable.) This can be done over the Internet or by speaking with a MetaStock representative.
  3. Provide the Proof of Removal Code to the Equis representative (if applicable).
  4. Ask your sales representative for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You’ll be asked for your name and address to verify the order, and then the sales representative will give you the Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Your sales representative may also ask why you are returning the product.
  5. On your Windows Taskbar, choose START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL. Then double-click the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS icon. Select the Equis product you are returning, then select remove. This will remove the product.
  6. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization Number in the space below and on the outside of the shipping box. Make sure you also sign your name in the space below. Include this card in the package when you return it to us.
  7. Place the product to be returned and this card in a package and mail to Equis International, Product Return, 90 South 400 West, Suite 620, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101 USA (A traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc. is highly recommended).
  8. If you paid with a credit card, Equis will refund your money to the credit card that was billed once the Proof of Removal Code has been received and verified by Equis. If you paid by check, Equis will refund your money with a check once the Proof of Removal Code has been received and verified by Equis.
